Whole Person Development® Gap Year @ Jacobs Well Village NPC

Reclaiming the future, one person at a time. Jacobs Well invites young adults to embark on a life-changing ten-month journey of faith, growth, and purpose through the Whole Person Development®️ Gap Year Program. At the heart of the program lies our commitment to care, biblical restoration, and influence—empowering each participant to live out their unique gifts and calling across every sphere of life: family, education, community, government, business, media, arts, and culture. Through a Christ-centered approach and reliance on the Holy Spirit, participants are equipped to serve faithfully in whichever field God calls them.

By the end of the year, students will have:

  • A firm personal faith and emotional-spiritual maturity.
  • Skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, and career direction.
  • Practical experience across diverse vocational areas such as agriculture, hospitality, solar installations, early childhood development, administration, and more.
  • A grounded sense of purpose and readiness to influence their communities and workplaces.
    • Program Outline

    Running from 2 March to 4 December 2026, the program blends spiritual development, soft-skill training, and hands-on vocational exposure. Students take part in daily devotions, counselling sessions, teamwork activities, and community outreaches. Coursework includes diversity training, emotional intelligence, financial stewardship, servant leadership, and life-skills development—alongside personalized, career-focused learning.

    Each day follows a structured rhythm of learning, fellowship, and rest, nurturing both discipline and community life.
